Modern British restaurant, The Bank Restaurant on Broadway in Bexleyheath takes it's name from the building's previous use as a branch of Barclays Bank.

Head chef David Hayes changes the menus change quarterly to reflect the seasons. Example dishes being halibut on truffle mash; roasted pesto-stuffed guinea fowl with apple risotto; and lamb cutlets with buttered turnips. One thing that remains on the menu all year is The Bank's choice of steaks - all of which are organic and aged for 28 days. The beef comes from either Aberdeen Angus or from grass-fed Argentinian herds and is cooked in the restaurant's charcoal fired Josper oven.

As well as a-la-carte dining, the restaurant offers fixed menus both at lunchtime and in the evenings. In addition, there is an "express lunch" menu which offers a choice of main course served with a glass of house wine, beer or soft  drink for £6.95.

The Bank Restaurant has a private dining room, suitable for up to 10 people, which is in the former vault in the building's basement.
