I've ordered about 3 times from here now. The venue itself comes under the name 'The Fusion Food Hall' offering a grill menu as well as a comprehensive noodle option.

To be honest I think they're still fairly new and trying to find their feet. The communication between staff isn't at its best and various members often give the impression they'd rather be somewhere else.

Various orders have either been wrong or slightly short of what they should be. Examples for myself would be the 'Smokey Jo' sandwich that should come on an American style hoagie roll. As the staff seem to have no clue what a hoagie actually is, mine came on a burger bap with what can only be described as mushed up chicken breast in BBQ sauce. - Far from what you'd expect for £6!

Not sure how the chips are cooked - they look to be twice cooked but taste as if they've been sat there most of the day / re-heated.

At the moment I feel the noodle bar is holding this place up. The grill still needs some serious work to pull it up to the level of the rest of the restaurant.

As I can't put a review on your site as I didn't complete my order, one of your staff suggested I e-mail my complaint to you

I tried to order food tonight using Just Eat and have used this process dozens of times, Woklicious being the only time this has failed miserably.

Placed order, no problem, or so I thought, payment accepted, no problem, then got a message on my answer machine asking to confirm order, odd I thought as the whole purpose of the website..... anyway I rang back and spoke to someone who said I couldn't order the meal deal I had ordered, despite the fact I had!

The assistant was not helpful, much discussion about meal deals and could I not order some more food, that I didn't need to, to qualify for the meal deal, not ordering this additional food amounted to £7.50 MORE, than if I didn't have the meal deal, so it's obviously a Monty Python meal deal.

I took her name and asked if I could speak to her manager, she wasn't clueless, just incompetent, not a personal attack - fact proven by the circumstances outlined.

Told her I had placed the order etc etc, after she had finished speaking over me (and I stopped her from doing this), she then said they hadn't received the order!!, funny that, I had the receipt with the time the take away accepted it in front of me on my PC, and they had rung me back on my number that was included on the order - awe inspiring telepathy worthy of Derren Brown.

The manager also threw some random items into the mix that I had "ordered" before reading the right order out!!! food roulette anyone?

I rang just eat and cancelled the order, the Woklicious manager then rang me and tried to say it was my fault!!!! despite their system allowing me to place the order!!!

When I explained this and that I intended to complain she said "fine" I said I was surprised she welcomed complaints and she backpeddalled more than Bradley Wiggins on a wet road. Then asked if I still wanted to order! - answers on a postcard please.

All in all crap service, clueless staff, waste of time and no food - genius!

At least Just Eat tried to make amends by ringing back and apologising - usually great service, just some obviously dodgy take aways logged on their site!

That old adage about complaints/poor customer service being passed on to 12+ people is going to get a run for it's money!

p.s the only reason I've put stars in the above is due to the fact I couldn't submit the review without them, I'm reviewing purely on customer service

Tried Woklicious for lunch today. Good choice of noodles, all freshly made. You can choose from specific types or create your own. We opted for Singapore noodles and Beef with black bean box. We ordered regular size but don't be fooled by the size of the box. You may think it looks small but half-way through we were getting full. The prices are reasonable and every day they have a special offer on one of their noodle dishes.

We were the only customers during the 30-40 mins we were there but with the music and friendly staff it felt a nice place to eat and chat and it did mean we could sit down and eat our noodles without feeling rushed. They also have free wifi.

As well as noodles, they do a range of starters, salads and soups. I definitely recommend Woklicious and will be going back soon to try more dishes.
