Well I'm not sure how to put this.....I ordered chicken satay that was just rubbery chicken in a "gravy" (the gravy was tasteless at that)!! Was expecting a tasty peanut sauce!! The spring rolls were limp and certainly no meat in the meat ones ordered. We were given complimentary prawn crackers...which I was thankful for because that's all I ate. After spending along day at work and spending £21.50 on our anniversary, (our other dishes were eaten by others out of hunger), I will NEVER use Winnie's again. Disgusting poor food. Shame that I've had to spend more money to get something enjoyable and edible to eat elsewhere. After seeing other comments it wasn't worth arguing with them because they certainly don't have any customer service! I advise others to go else where.

Food took over 1hr 10 mins, chased 4 times, chicken rubbery& batter greasy , hair in sweet & sour sauce! Asked for refund but they wanted the food back which we had already binned ! Poor service , will never use again !! Very unhappy & will tell everyone I speak too !

We normally have a take away delivered but ate in the restaurant. Either way the service is always prompt reliable and the food is consistently of a very high standard.

Extremely good value for money and can honestly say we have never been disappointed with either the service or quality of the food.

Also The Irish and calypso coffees were fantastic.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. What I was also impressed with were the crystal glasses for the drinks.

Our family have had food at least twice a month delivered from WINNIES and can honestly say the food is plenty-full and great value, and very tasty. We always recommend this chinese resturant to our family & friends. A 5* service.

Really love Winnie's. The people are lovely, they are always happy to see the little ones, really helpful and prompt when we are just getting a takeaway, and always spot on when we eat in. The food is delicious, I don't think I've ever moaned about anything I've had from there. The general cost of Chinese food can be prohibitive, but when do have it (a few times a year), it's always from Winnie's.
