When I first moved to Leamington, this was the go-to place for a special night out. I had my first date with my other half there, have celebrated a few birthdays there, taken family there... But I've found that over the past 12 months it's started to really go downhill. The prices have gone up, but the food quality has gone down. They redecorated, and I feel it lost a bit of it's former ambiance. It's started to get extremely busy and almost crowded most nights, and there's often large bookings for office parties etc. that somewhat spoil the mood if you're there for a quiet and/or romantic meal. There are nicer places in Leamington that you can go to, nowadays, and it it really pains me to say it.
