This was the first time I'd had Japanese food at a major chain before but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of it and must say I thoroughly enjoyed the food.
The service was prompt however I did take issue with how long it took to deliver the food. It was a Saturday night and obviously quite busy. There were four of us and our food arrived individually and 10 minutes apart each which left us with a situation where half the table had finished their meal as the other half was starting.

I absolutely love Japanese food and have been to Japan. I have tried every Japanese restaurant in Sussex and London and this is the very best. I thought the food was authentic, with a modern touch, beautifully presented and the service was marvellous. The cocktails were very good too. I have been twice and enjoyed the bargain bento box with miso soup the last time- which was more than I could finish and very tasty. Highly recommend trying this- even if you have never tried Japanese food before you will enjoy this.
