Union Jacks is a collaboration between British celebrity chef Jamie Oliver and American pizza chef Chris Bianco. The chain serves it's own take on pizzas with toppings inspired by British dishes. The pizzas (known as "flats") are baked in wood-fired ovens.
There is also branch of Union Jacks at Central St Giles in central London.

Sorry to say my meal was awful there were 4 of us only one was happy with the meal.I have written a complaint but received no reply. I can not believe that Jamie is involved, I can cook better, won't go to any of these restaurants again so disappointed please reply.
