Visited this small friendly pub over the bank holiday weekend 5.5.2012, Must be under new management or something. Found the food good and hot, very reasonably priced, service good. On a warm sunny day when you can sit outside the views would be gorgeous.

Manager told my husband and I that they had just introduced a new menu and currently have 2 for 1 offer on the deserts.

Would definitely go again and recommend.

On Sunday 8th April I visited this pub come restaurant hoping for a good Sunday Lunch. My wife and I ordered the roast beef dinner. After a long wait the dinner arrived. It looked good, but on eating it we discovered half the dinner was cold. I told the waitress and she took the meals away. I assume she put them in the microwave, because when she bought the meals back the veg had been turned soggy - so after another complaint we left.
