My mother and I came across this pub by accident on our way to Newent, we had lunch and it was wonderful, the quality of the food was brilliant and personally I feel it is under priced.
They were advertising Turkish evenings which looked great fun, I can imagine the food to be good as they have a Turkish chef.
And had a marquee with leather sofas in which would make a great place to Smoke bubbly bubbly pipes!
I'm taking my other half there tonight and very much looking forward to it.

Even though i live in Gloucester it is always a treat to visit this restaurant. I realise its in new hands and what a good effort they have made of it. The meals are very good value and served on hot plates which means a lot to me. There is low level music which adds to the atmosphere. The girl who serves us is not over the top (no false "hi guys" here!!).
