En-route back home to Woodhall Spa from a recent Ordination Service at Lincoln Cathedral (not mine) I decided to have a rare treat and not cook. My husband and myself duly arrived at the Sebsatopol, it's great. Food was excellent (I'm no mean cook myself). It was a real, and rare Sunday treat not to have to cook, even though I enjoy cooking (when I have time). The little inglenook-like rooms added to the experience. All I can say is - ENJOY!

Visited there afew weeks ago. My experience couldn't have been more different to the above. The staff were extremly friendly, the food was good, infact I also ate the goats cheese and thought it was delicious. There could maybe be slightly more choice on the menu but personally I liked the sound of it all that so was not a problem for me or the people I was with.
I will definately be going back as good food for reasonable prices in Lincolnshire is very limited.

I am sorry to say but the Sebastopol now under new ownership is substandard,, We went there this evening and found a VERY limited menu, we were served a starter which was Goats Chesse on toast the toast was burnt, the starter was dry and cold,, very poor, Then we ordered the Lincolnshire Sausages on mash again the Sausages were burnt black, the mash under burnt Sausages was like mush!! and the food was lacking any sign of vegetables,,, the bar person refunded the cost of half a beer and a vodka,,, thanks but the starters were nearly £10 on there own,,,, All in all poor take a tip "never again"
No Doubt The landlord will make a comment full of excuses.....
