Set within a sixty-seven acre estate, The Samling Restaurant is within The Samling Hotel. The restaurant is open to non patrons of the hotel and serves a British menu with a choice of either a set three course A la Carte menu or a six course tasting menu. Some of the ingredients found on the menu are grown within the estates gardens.
Sample starters from the A la Carte menu include; Scallops, sticky chicken, parsley root, raisin with curry foam and pork cheek, cod cheek terrine, parsnip puree and bramley apple.
