The Restaurant at the Priory Inn in Tetbury opens all day for breakfast, lunch and dinner (you don't have to be a hotel guest to visit for breakfast). The a la carte menu is seasonal and European or, there's a pizza menu with handmade pizzas cooked in the wood fired oven.
The quality of the food is important at The Priory and in 2008 the restaurant started working towards a '30 mile food zone' target. Now, around 90% of the food served is from within those 30 miles. The walls in the restaurant display work created by local artists.
Children are welcome, there are changing facilities, high chairs some colouring books&toys and a specially created children's menu.

Really friendly and relaxed family food. Clean modern decor - really good for taking the kids. Service was good, and the kids loved being able to create their own pizzas at the table before they were taken off to be cooked.
We like the idea of locally sourced ingredients - even the mozzarella is local!
