Absolutely dreadful.
Booked for birthday celebration, service was appalling, charged for tap water, charged to take home left overs. On calling to complain manager was so rude and not interested in listening at all.
AVOID! Will never eat here again.

I eat in, takeaway and get deliveries and can't fault the food, service or first class friendliness from all of the staff.
They are more than prepared to mix, match and change your dish to suit.
Fabulous restaurant.

Worst customer service EVER! trying to make delivery order everything seemed friendly and fine, queried price as seemed a lot and they hung up on me. Tried ringing back and they said they refused to serve me as I was being rude! All I did was query the price?!
1st time we were going to use them, will certainly NOT be going back!

I ordered the meal for delivery at 7.40 pm i was advised it would take about 30 - 45 minutes. At 9 pm i called to see where the meal was and they had to reconfirm the address - obviously they had not even got it ready so i told them to bin the order. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I have eaten at here and the food was not that good. They use the red dye in the sauce. There was a documentary about Indian restaurants saying to avoid restaurants that use red dye. When the waiter come to clear the table. He spilt it all over my partners trousers.
Year later. I thought I would get a take away. The food was cold and I ordered a chicken tikka main. Large lumps of chicken soaked in red dye and the mint sauce. Part of the order was also missing. I called to complain. They said except your order how it is and they would give me 20% off my next order.
FORGET IT. THE RESTAURANT NEEDS AN INSPECTION FAST.

I regularly use this restaurant for both deliveries and eat-in. The staff are very friendly and I cannot fault the cuisine (I was born in the far east - although I am English, so not prejudiced for or against this food). Also they make special efforts to cater for my wife who does not like spicy food. Definitely five star!
