5 star all way every day they are open Roy and his staff are first class it is the only restaurant to eat in Abergavenny we eat there very often and have never had a bad meal food atmosphere cleanliness staff what more can you say we hope he will be open many more years.
Enjoyed my birthday there last year cannot wait for this years a big one in June.

Excellent quality Sunday Lunch! Recommend whole-heartedly
We took some of the North Wales Family with us and, quite simply, better Sunday lunch than the mother-in-law makes (please don't tell her). Quality of food, flavour, quantities, service - everything was very good.
Very pleasant experience and good for taking the kids - all laid back. Lovely staff there also. Go along you WILL NOT be disappointed.

Don't be put off by the decor. The Greyhound Vaults serve the best food in Abergavenny, we ate at several places in the town but none came close to the quality and the sensible price of The Greyhound vaults.
Well done to the owners & staff, Great British food as it should be!

Excellent food and venue, regularly take visitors with us who are always pleasantly surprised and delighted to return! Worth the half hour drive for sure.

We are a elderly couple we eat out most weeks tried different places in town over a period but the Greyhound Vaults is the only place for a 5 star meal. 24 June looking forward to going with the kids Roy is lovely we will never eat any where else.
