Not impressed, ordered pie and mash, got pie and chips, sent this back, when it returned pie had obviously been kept warm while mash was cooked as pastry was rock hard. Partner ordered gourmet steak burger which arrived without the bacon, mushroom and egg advertised. Deserts ok. White coffee ordered, black coffee arrived, waited 10 mins for milk before asking for it, then waitress finally bought it over with a face like thunder. Certainly would not return or recommend.

This place is dreadful, we tried to eat here on Sunday 30/10/11 ordered 3 roast dinners & burger,
Took nearly an hour for food to arrive, when it did it was cold, beef was very tough
Mashed potatoes were full of lumps. I had a piece of plastic in my dinner.
All tables where sticky including bar area, complained to waitress but she was not bothered
Several people returning meals & complaining.
Dine @ your peril.

I went here on Valentines night. The service was a bit slow but the food was fantastic. I had the lamb burger with flat bread and pepperonata and sweet potatoe fries which was delicious, and for desssert - the best chocolate brownie I have ever tasted!
I would thoroughly recomend it.

Waited 30 minutes for our food, when it arrived steak was only warm and not cooked as requested. Second meal was fish pie and this was acceptable but not very inspiring and the vegetables were bland and only luke warm. Chips with other meals were painfully small portions and the fish parcel was really dry with no sign of any sauce. Desserts were OK. Would not recommend it and would not go again.
