The Chilli Pickle in Brighton is an Indian bistro in Brighton. At lunchtime, they serve regional street food inspired by India and Nepal, with dinner being a more refined menu with dishes such as whole baked seabass and their oxtail madras (winner of the 2008 'Can You Handle the Heat Winner' competition) .

Chilli Pickle in Brighton's lanes is a small, informal restaurant in the South Lanes. I've been several times, and it's always been busy - which coupled with the nice decor gives the place a great atmosphere.
The oxtail madras is excellent, the hot, rich sauce works so well with the oxtail.
One of the best Indian restaurants I've been to, and one of my favourite restaurants in Brighton.
