Pub and restaurant The Brooklands Hotel opens seven days a week and serves British pub-grub in their restaurant or bar area (there's outside seating in the summer too).
On Sundays, there is a two course carvery lunch available at £7.95.

My self and a friend went to the Brooklands for lunch, we were both disappointed with our meals.
I had a baked potato which I think had been microwaved more than once, my friend had a King Prawn risotto, which had 5 prawns in it, 4 of which still had their tails on.
We wont be returning, and would not recommend it .

Had a lovely meal here on Friday afternoon at about 4pm. Very cheap as well. £13 for 2 substantial main courses. My partner had steak and ale pie and I had a chilli. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back. Very enjoyable. It was also very clean. A lovely restaurant. I fancy trying the carvery on a Sunday lunchtime next.

We came here today for a get together after my dad's funeral. The buffet was nice and everything went well.

Excellent pub for everyone, restaurant for those that don't want a bar experience with their meals.
Sunday carvery excellent service and food.
Pub meals served in bar if preferred and a bar atmosphere for those who want to drink and party
Outside seating too.
Excellent atmosphere with choices for everyone.
