Bit disappointed really. I had heard very good things about the place, and the food certainly was very good. The party I was with, was surprised that the buffet option was available on Saturday evening, and a couple of us decided to choose it. Unfortunately it was quite difficult to order as some of the staff did not speak English very well -and it wasn't clearly indicated on the menu what dishes we could actually order. After the starters were ordered, the Manageress told us that the whole table had to order the buffet, not just a few of us. Again, this was never communicated to us, or written anywhere on the menu. She offered to work out what would be the cheapest option, and then 30 minutes later, while we were still waiting for our food, she returned and said that because some more expensive dishes were ordered, we either paid individually, or we all had to opt for the buffet. To save on the argument, we all switched to buffet, but her attitude was quite aggressive and we all felt that we were being charged in excess of what we actually wanted. The drinks were fairly expensive too - its a shame because the food was really good, but the experience wasn't. I would recommend, but before you order, you really need to establish what you can and can't have, as it is not mentioned anywhere.

The "authentic" green curry consisted of loads of tinned bamboo shoots and watery chicken in green soup, I discovered the tiniest cube of aubergine lurking at the bottom (had to use a microscope), when I called to complain, I was met with utter disbelief that someone could find their food so poor. The Chef is delusional, he claims to have won awards for his food! Begrudgingly given a refund after checking whether I had eaten any of the food (as if !).
I can only assume the regulars who think this is good Thai food have not eaten Thai anywhere else and assume that this is "authentic". Avoid like the plague... terrible food, rude staff.

We booked in advance at this restaurant for a special birthday treat. On arrival we were met with very rude staff who said we were not on the list!! So refused to allow us in. They would not admit they had made a mistake and made no attempt to rectify their mistake by rearranging the seating. At no time did they apologise to us but continued in their rudeness by bringing a sucession of staff to question us in an attempt to prove that we were "trying it on". Extremely poor customer service, rude staff who were unconcerned that they had ruined a family birthday. One to avoid , I certainly would not recommend this place.

Was recommended by friends.did not disappoint,it ticked all the right boxes.
Went for the eat as much menu, what value for money that was.everything
We ordered was lovely, each dish was well presented.staff were attentive and polite.
We was also given a drink on the house by the staff at the end of our meal which we thought was a nice gesture, especially when there was a few of us.
The decor was authentic and the Place looked clean and tidy.would definitely go back
Again.one of the best restaurant we have been to, would recommend.

We were recommended this restaurant by friends so we thought we would get a take out order. The order was prompt and food pretty good until I bit into prawn crackers with a fly stuck on the surface of the cracker. It ruined my meal so I called to complain. To my amazement the manager was rude, unwilling to help, accused me of lying and when I told him I would not give a favourable review - threatened to sue me for slander!!
He also questioned the ligitamacy of my complaint by stating that the crackers are free and I have no right to complain. He also refused to give any compensation by way of a part refund, and wait for this ... His reason; if he gives back money to all those who complained, he couldn't make any money for his business, question then: how many people have complained?
My advice, give this a miss...
