Sylk Restaurant and Wine Bar serves a menu of freshly prepared British dishes in a modern, stylish restaurant. The restaurant opens 6 days a week (closed Sunday evenings and all day Mondays).
At lunchtimes there's a choice of either a hot meal or sandwiches to choose from. An early bird menu is available from 12:00 - 19:30 on Tuesdays to Fridays where you can get two or three courses for a set price.
