Sorrento Restaurant is just a few minutes walk from the Shakespeare Theatre and opens from Tuesday to Saturday. There is both a pre and post theatre menu alongside an a la carte choice too.
Established in 1984 the family run Sorrento Restaurant serves a menu full of Mediterranean and Italian delights. Examples of dishes found on the menu are; 'Linguin al Pesto -
Basil, olive oil, pine nuts, and parmesan cheese' and 'Gnocchi alla pescatore -
Potato dumplings with mussels and King prawns cooked in a tomato sauce with garlic and chilli'. During the summer months there are tables outside on the patio.
