When we first rang for delivery, they said they don't deliver to the Heald Green area, yet their menu states they deliver within 3 miles and we live only 2.6.

When we finally received the food, the chicken was raw. Fully pink. I'm a vegetarian, the chicken was for my housemates, and even I could tell that the chicken was barely cooked. Luckily my housemate checked the chicken first, as the last time she received a delivery from them she realised half way through that the chicken wasn't fully cooked through.

On returning the kebabs, they firstly refused that it wasn't cooked. My housemate was obviously angry, and this made it worse, he had to force him to look at the meat, and get another customer to confirm it wasn't cooked. He finally gave the money back, we didn't receive any form of apology, and on leaving, one of the staff members clearly said 'f*** you'. Would not recommend this take away at all. For good customer service, and to avoid being served raw chicken I would not go here.
