Salt Bar & Grill occupies a grade 2 listed building located at the canal basin in Sowerby Bridge.
Example dishes from the menu are: pan fried calves liver on bubble and squeak with pancetta and a red wine and shallot sauce; linguini with chill, lime, coriander, garlic, tomato, spinach and parsley; and slow roast lamb shoulder with mashed potatoes, carrots, peas & baby onions and a red wine sauce.
A lunchtime menu is served between midday and 6pm daily, which includes choice sandwiches and lighter dishes. An early bird menu is offered all day Tuesday to Thursday and until 6pm on Fridays at £10.95 for two courses.
