Had Sunday lunch in the yellow heifer today,first time there and it won't be my last,fantastic food,service and great atmosphere,can't wait to go back,tapas on a Thursday night sounds great,would definitely recomend

Absolutely gorgeous and so tasty. The presentation was beautiful. Staff really friendly. I wish I could eat in it every night. The deserts are to die for. Would recommend it very highly to anyone, my wife and family eat out a lot and I think you will be seeing more of us.

My girlfriend and I would eat out on a regular basis in the surrounding Newry area and I can honestly state that the yellow heifer is easily the best restaurant we have experienced.
On the off chance we arrived at the restaurant on Saturday 10th November at 8pm to find the restaurant buzzing with people. The staff were extremely helpful and stated that if we waited an hour one would be available. Due to high recommendations we where happy to do so in the bar whilst having a drink. Upon getting a table after a 20 minute wait we where presented with a good menu and both opted for different chicken dishes. The food was delicious and the staff very attentive. I particularly found the food presentation excellent, with chips served in their own wee friar baskets. We both found the atmosphere and surroundings second to none.
I would highly recommend this restaurant and have done so to a number of friends already.

My wife and I had a really delicious meal at the Yellow Heifer recently. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone as it has the whole package as regards excellent surroundings, extremely helpful and friendly staff and most importantly amazing food - especially their rib-eye steaks!

Myself and my hubby had a delicious meal to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary the food was perfect the staff were so helpful and courteous and the atmosphere was second to none would recommend 100% we will definitely be going back very soon.

My girlfriend and I recently ate at the Yellow Heifer and had a fantastic evening. The food was fantastic and well presented, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the overall service was great for such a busy place. The prices were very reasonable and we are booking a table again for this Friday for our anniversary! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food at a good price and a bit of craic thrown in!
