I have been eating in this restaurant for over 10 years and can honestly say that the food and service is always exceptional. I am always welcomed with open arms. The menu is a classic Italian and can say that I have tried various dishes all being delicious. This restaurant is suitable for family celebrations or for a quiet meal for two.

We were welcomed by the staff upon our arrival like old friends. The service was friendly and efficient without being overbearing. The menu was varied and included most of the items that you would expect in an Italian restaurant with the addition of a daily "specials" board (I can recommend the lamb shank). Finally the bill was a pleasant surprise rather than a shock and the whole meal represented good value for money. certainly another visit is on the cards.

Great potential but what a let down
Looking in from the street the restaurant appeared cheerful and warm.
I was met by a dour faced man who surprisingly turned out to be the owner. Still, I was willing to give the place a go as the menu seemed nice enough though typical of the everyday italian variety. I ordered a meatball bolognese which is usually a winner. How disappointing here though! The food was as bland and unwelcoming as the atmosphere and service. I practically had to get up from my table and beg for someone to attend to my table and take an order for a beverage. Great location but needs so much more attention to hospitality and the food.
