Pitt Cue Co. Soho is the first permanent restaurant for chefs Tom Adams and Jamie Berger, following on from the sucess of their food truck which was stationed under Hungerford Bridge in 2011.

The Pitt Cue Co. menu includes pulled pork, beef brisket and St Louis style ribs. The pulled pork and beef brisket also come served in a bun with slaw, pickles and a sauce - and can be ordered to takeaway between midday and 6pm. Sides and extras on offer include pork scratchings, baked beans, pickles and Mac, oxtail & cheese.

Upstairs is a small bar area serving beers, cocktails, a selection of bourbons and rye whiskys - there is also seating here for a handful of diners, with space for a further 20 downstairs in the restaurant. The restaurant will does not accept bookings.
