Delicious food however overpriced. Great service, the waiter was very attentive and he presented an excellent knowledge of food and wine. Nice cosy atmosphere.

A recurring problem has emerged with this restaurant. I don't know if it's incompetent staff/management or what. I like their pizza and the deliveries are convenient but the restaurant phone is seldom answered when they are open. This has happened to me now on 3 separate days. Today their listed hours were 5pm, I called after 530 a few times, then was about to give up when they answered. They then replied that the restaurant opened at 6 (not what their flyer said) and referred me to their website, which did not list opening hours except that they opened at 1130...
So I hung up and ordered from Viva Pizza, which is efficient. Sorry Palazzo, clean up your act and I'll try again sometime.
