Brilliant wee place, my family comes down to Millport on holiday all the time and we come here every time without fail. Staff are friendly and willing to help in anyway they can. The food is absolutely brilliant with a wide variety to please the whole family and the value on the menu is unreal, don't think you would find prices like Minstrels anywhere else!

Awful experience, don't visit this place. Go to the George hotel its right across the road.
I notice that i cant give the food and service no stars so I've had to reluctantly give them 1?
Firstly the waitress had long hair -not tied back, huge fake eyelashes fake nails and really bad face acne and i thought peices of her were gonna fall off in my food and she never smiled once.
The 2 fish meals were ok. The scampi was cold and all side salads were so small and measly.
The pizza and baked totty meal was terrible and really cold. My friend had to ask for a steak knife to cut the pizza and she still couldn't manage it let alone eat it. It lay on her plate and she said to the fake-lashed lass that it was terrible yet we were still asked to pay full price.
I was gonna book a few tables there for Aug but i will NEVER go back there.
