Will not order a takeaway from Milon again after tonight. Used to order nearly every weekend but tonight has been terrible service. First of all were told it would be 55mins, still no curry an hour and half later so called again and were told another 20 mins. 45 mins later STILL no curry so called again. They said the curry was just leaving, to which I replied that this was unacceptable so could we get a discount and he replied no. I said that we would not be ordering again and the person virtually put the phone down. 10 mins later we had a phone call from the delivery man to say he was lost so we had to direct him to the house. When he eventually arrived (2 hours 45 mins after we ordered) he had no change so we had to pay more than the price of the food (an insult considering the terrible service) and when we opened it inside everything had been thrown in the bag and a tika masala had popped over everything. Thank you Milon for showing us why we should not waste our money on you again!
