Med One Restaurant in Huddersfield is right in the centre on Westgate, just a short walk from the bus and train stations and centrally located near the shops. The restaurant is owned by chef Khale and his wife Rojin and the pair have owned restaurants across the world before settling in Huddersfield.
Med One opens for lunch and dinner daily with a selection of Mediterranean dishes on offer. Meals are prepared fresh each day and where possible, local ingredients are used.
On the menu you'll find a selection of dishes to suit most palates with starter selections including vine leaves, taboula and hummus all served with handmade breads.
The restaurant itself is split over two levels making it suitable for large groups as one level could be booked for parties.

A favourite place for a special lunch with work colleagues or customers, oddly despite going at least once a month for lunch I've never been for an evening meal. We always order several mezza and share them amongst the group. Staff are always friendly and quick.

What can I say? We love it here! Always top of our list when we fancy a night out in Huddersfield.
We always order loads of meze, and then if we've room order a main or two - but sometimes we just keep going with the delicious meze. The waiters and waitresses are lovely, helpful, friendly and efficient.
I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I've been to Med One several times I've never had anything but great food and service at Med One. The prices are reasonable too.
My favorites are the Kibbeh Makliye mezza and the Kebab Halabi.
Well worth a visit.

What a find in Huddersfield! Whenever I tell anyone I went to Med One - they say 'where?'! We'd actually previously walked past this restaurant and dismissed it because alongside the delicious sounding Mediterranean was menu there is a pizza menu, and we just weren't convinced by that idea.
We hadn't booked when we visited last Wednesday and the restaurant was quite busy so I think we were lucky to get a table. The level of noise in there was great - lots of people chatting and obviously enjoying themselves, there was food being passed across the tables for others to try - a real compliment to the standard of cooking.
We started by sharing some dips and the dips were delicious, we had hummus, a garlic dip and a chilli one. The breads were amazing!
For main I had a lamb kebab (Kebab Halabi) and this is the only reason I marked the service down. We ordered two of these each, but only received one. It wasn't a major problem though as we shared that one until the next one came out and the waitress was very apologetic.
The meal was delicious and I'm looking forward to visiting again, they're also open lunchtimes so ideal if you're in town for a bit of shopping!
