Absolutely appalling decor, food, and staff requires good shake up in all things. Looks like a down market staff canteen.

Had lunch here and was a wee bit apprehensive at first and was not expecting much as per the usual food court retailers.
Settled on the Beef Chilli and fries with a drink which came to £5.25 which I thought was a bit pricey however compared to a certain fast food place it is good value.
The chilli was excellent (not too hot) and went down well with the freshly cooked fries and was quite good portion size.
Only disappointment was toilets could not figure out how to dispense the toilet paper, luckily I check toilet paper first before going.

Ordered a full breakfast. The food that was all sitting in a hot plate kind of counter (that obviously couldn't have been working) was put onto a plate and put in the microwave. This for me is not a great start. I ordered milk to drink. According to the menu boards this would cost £5.05, however I was charged £5.24 at the counter. I decided to let this go however presuming the food would be reasonable.
Unfortunately the sausages had been overcooked and had all dried up. They were crunchy and horrible. The bacon was layered in fat, plus their was white fat that had solidified all over the bacon. The potato scone was soggy and mushy as you tried to pick it up and eat it. The single slice of toast was made from value bread (you can tell as it's like a thin bit of cardboard with no taste. The beans and mushrooms however were OK. Didn't visit the toilets. The staff where quiet, didn't really speak or smile, got the impression they didn't want to be their but got on with the work all the same.
Overall review: Needs a major overhaul! Currently avoid at all costs, their are much better places round about for breakfast, look up Snax Cafe or just stick to the brand names.
