Disgusting food, spent £48 for dinner for 4 - not much there for the money cartons packed very loosely. Food tasted plasticky and was tepid at best, we only live 5 mins away and collected it by car. NEVER AGAIN.
Staff were polite and chatty though.

The service itself I have no problem with, however the Chinese was the worst I have ever tasted, I am happy with the "magic pizza" side of this, however the Chinese is horrible!! I had bones in my chicken fried rice and all the ingredients tasted cheap. Recommend Dragon House - not here!!

Not for the first time, our order was missing an item. I had to drive and pick it up as the delivery driver was busy. Just a sorry, and nothing else. I had already told them the order was for a special occasion when ordering, and they still got it wrong. They only take cash, no cards ( a bit behind the times really). I think I will spend my cash elsewhere in Manningtree in future. I have had cause to complain on one other occasion and they forgot about the honour they lent me for a future order.
