Best fish and chips anywhere in the region and always excellent quality and quick service.

Having decided on a chip supper on Sunday night 16th Dec 2012, I visited Low's in Westhill, being the nearest to where I live. ( 2 miles away. ). I ordered 1 x macaroni pie supper and 1 x white pudding supper. I was told it would be 5-6 mins till ready, which was fine. I received the aforementioned suppers in due course and proceeded directly home, ( 5 mins ). On opening the suppers, they were at best, warm, and certainly not hot. The pie and pudding appeared under-cooked, on top of just mildy warm. Was disappointed with this, and although have had good carry outs from them before, that have still been hot when I got home, it does make you wonder about returning there again.

We got a Wednesday night takeaway (28/11/12).
To be fair it's probably not their usual staff on that night/day.
Up until now I had usually enjoyed Low's and was a fairly regular customer.
Tonight's fish suppers were not up to their usual standard - actually pretty rotten.
I could forgive an "off night" but it was the finding of a long hair in the food (was in with the batter mix I think) that will stop me from ever going back to Low's - very off putting and it has prompted me to come and post this review.

Absolutely awful, will not be eating there again. Chips were old and tasteless and fish was dry. Service very slow.
