As a Canadian living and working in West Yorkshire, UK, Little Italy is one place I have found to be my best joint to eat and drink. It is simply better than the best! And Steve - the Director - and Lino - his Deputy - are just two coolest guys in town! So folks...if you ever find yourself anywhere in Halifax, make sure you call in for a bite and believe me you wont be sorry!

Our office order sandwiches from here once a week and its a day everyone looks forward to. The Sandwiches are amazing and the free salads are nicer than any salad I have ever had.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this Deli.

What an excellent little place, as one of the other reviews says this truly is 'little Italy'.
Food very nice, very helpful staff with a very clean environment, only downside is no fresh basil, seems small, but that really is a basic for a nice sandwich shop never mind an Italian themed deli.
5star 10/10!

Just visited to-day for first time. This is truly "Little Italy". Deli and cakes are excellent. Staff are helpful and obliging. Having spent some time in Sicily/Italy we know that all they offer is typically true Italian.
Will visit again and again when next in Halifax. 10 out of 10 +

Lovely friendly place, very clean, fantastic food, been several times now after being taken here by friends who recommended it.
The smoked salmon salad is to die for :) I would give this place 10 out of 10
