Shocking! Waited almost an hour phoned up asked where my 10 inch pizza was to be told it was on its way to then be told I haven't waited an hour (around 3-4 minutes short of an hour) to wait another 20 minutes for it to come for it to be cold!
I couldn't imagine it being very busy at 7 o'clock on a Tuesday night.. Whoever answered the phone needs some people skills and manners! Will not be ordering from here again!

I was totally disappointed ordered doner kebab pita bread was hard the doner meat itself was ok. They asked if I would like salad I say yes please and I get almost a whole onion.

Collected the order and had to return for the rest because they forgot to give me it I was offered a can of coke for the inconvenience? Food was not the usual high quality pikora were half usual size? The kebab was good when the older hard meat was removed.
Shame it used to be a really great place with great food and superb service.

NO WAY! they have the best food in the world. your just a sissy... you want a spicy pizza, then complain about the spice haha.. well your the one who needs a shooting :)

I usually rate kismet,for their good pizzas,better than some of the usual bigboys,but tonight their pizza,which was half spicy chicken,half pepperoni,the pepperoni was good,the spicy chicken was well over spiced,whey too hot,i had to drink loads of water and it made my eyes water,hope you read this kismet,sorry about that rating,whoever was on the evening shift 9/8/10 wants shooting...
