We had booked a table for 8pm for 4. We arrived promptly for 8pm but no table was available and so we were asked if we could come back in half an hour on the promise of a free round of drinks. We obliged and headed to the nearest pub for a quick drink. We returned at 8.30 and still no table and so waited in the bar are for 10 minutes while one was vacated. We were sat down to a table with dirty crockery and glasses and left. No menus, no drinks, no cleared table. It was left like that to 30 minutes. Eventually we got a drinks order taken and waited another 20 minutes for drinks to arrive. We didn't eat until gone 11pm. They knocked a round of drinks off the bill but refused to knock off any more than that. Says it all really. I'll not ever go back.
