Fresh sushi, made to order hot dishes and a bustling environment. Reminds you of busy places in Hong Kong. There is always a queue which moves surprisingly quickly and it's well managed. Some unusually dishes like beef tartare Japanese style, great chilli squid and the freshest sashimi which compares to the best in London. Not cheap but great value.
