Established in 1989 by Ignacio (Iggy) Campos, Iggs is a familiar venue on the restaurant scene in Edinburgh. Iggs is a Spanish restaurant with a menu created using the best imported Spanish ingredients and local Scottish ingredients where possible.
The restaurant opens six days a week for lunch and dinner, just closing on Sundays. Dishes on the menu are available in smaller or larger portions. Sample dishes from the menu include; 'Presa Iberica' - Free range, acorn fed black pig served pink with roasted shallots, mash potato and an apple & cider cream and 'Arroz caldoso' - Calasparra rice with piquillo peppers with local chanterelle mushrooms, shallots, tomatoes & manchego shavings.
