Hibiscus is an award winning Michelin Starred restaurant in Mayfair run by chef Claude Bosi and his wife Clare. The restaurant holds two Michelin Stars.
Hibiscus was originally situated in Shropshire, where the restaurant first earned recognition from the Michelin guide - with one star awarded in 2001 and the second in 2004. In 2007, Chalude Bosi relocated the restaurant to Mayfair in London where the restaurant has continued to thrive.
In addition to the a-la-carte menu, the restaurant offers a number of tasting menus, on Friday and Saturday evenings the restaurant only serve tasting menus with a choice of three (£87.50), six (£95.00) or eight (£105.00) courses.
A private dining area is available for up to 18 people (or 30 if seating is not required)
Claude Bosi has now taken over The Fox and Grapes on Wimbledon Common which will be managed by his brother Claude.
