Twice i tried this restaurant and was disappointed. Its clear they don't employ proper chefs. They have no idea on how to cook a steak to your requirement. Both times my steak was overcooked and like rubber! I like my steak medium rare. When I complained, I had to wait 30 mins for them to return another steak which was still overcooked! Would not recommend this place.

On the 20th September i decide to give myself a treat and visited the harvester in Ashford, Middlesex. I ordered a medium steak with chips and peas and a glass of wine, I received my meal with blood pouring from my steak so i asked the waitress to give it back to the chef, she left me with chips and peas on my plate for 8 minutes and returned with my steak still red!! by which time the rest of my dinner was cold, when I told her she just said sorry, im very disappointed in the service and should have been given a refund.
