After being coughed at during the order-taking.... having to shout after the women that we wanted tea with our meals, not coffee... we waited just over 40 minutes for 2 cooked breakfasts which were nothing special. Appalling service - asked if the food was ready after some time and were told it was 'being dished up now', didn't receive any food for at least another 5 minutes... and when it did come there was only 1 meal, not two. My partner had to wait another full 4 minutes for her food to arrive. There was no apology or even enquire as to whether everything was all-right. We left exceedingly displeased!
