From my recent experience I would say its a safer bet eating in at this restaurant the reason I say this is a s follows;

I was visiting friends in Tamworth and we decided to have a Chinese delivered by the Gemini as we know the food is on the whole decent.

The order arrived in good time but when we got it out on the table we noticed they had sent the wrong prawn balls and had completely forgot the 1/4 Duck and pancakes, we phoned them to point this out and eventually were passed on to a staff member with at least a vague grasp of the English language who promised the problem would be sorted, the way I see it as we were all eating together they should have replaced the whole meal but this was refused and they sent the correct prawn balls and the duck, the driver asked for another £14 which my friend paid (I would have refused due to the inconvenience), only when the driver had gone did it occur to him £14 seemed a lot, he then discovered they had sent 1/2 a duck which was too much for him, to make matters worse the duck was dry and hard so was on the whole left uneaten.

The food at the Gemini is 85% of the time really good, but their inability to take an order correctly (this I fear being down to the fact the girls in there speak very little English), and lack of customer service in regards to putting things in order when they mess up stinks.

In the past I have fetched the order as they messed up so often, I think if we are to continue to use this restaurant for takeaways we will have to resume this practice.

Unless of course we can find a better takeaway in Tamworth.

my daughter and her friend went to the Gemini Restaurant Tamworth for 2 Takeaway boxes,on 20 May 2012
when they got them home and opened the boxes they have to throw most of the food into the rubbish bin,
it all tasted luke warm,very hard and chewy,
it tasted as if it had been in the heated trays for hours on end,
they will not be calling at the Restaurant again for a sit-in meal or Takeaway again,

very disappointed,
