Fusion Organic Cafe is a cafe with a difference. It's part of Ruskin Mill Trading Ltd and is a social project that provides hands on work experience in a real environment for the students of Freeman College.
All the food is freshly prepared in the open plan kitchen and on the menu you'll find a selection of paninis, salads, pasties and cakes. Daily specials are displayed on the board and feature seasonal ingredients and each day there is a different vegetarian or vegan choice.
The food is ethically sourced and the look to support artisan producers who use organic and biodynamic techniques.
