The idea here is simple; Calum has a fishing boat which he uses to catch crab and lobster, he delivers them to his wife Tracey and they're prepared and served at Fresh from the Sea.
As you'd imagine, crab and lobster feature predominantly on the menu in both salads or sandwiches, but there are other fish available. A half lobster salad with a glass of wine costs just £12.50.
