Had a lovely meal on a Sunday, food tasty and service very good, came back on a Tuesday, having checked on their web site for opening times, only to find that it gives the wrong information. It says they open at 11.30, when in fact it's 12 noon. Had to go to Rogerthorpe instead!

Visited on 13.4.12 it had been newly opened so thought we'd give it a try. Well what can I say... NEVER AGAIN. Food was just okay. Manager and barman totally arrogant attitude. Final straw was when they poured a glass of wine (not for me for another person) into a dirty glass and the waitress then wiped it "clean" with her FINGERS. It is not value fir money either so I would give it a wide birth. We had sandwiches and chips as it was lunchtime my bread was dry, my husband asked for brown and got White and there was only 3 people (myself, my husband and my daughter) in so god help them if they had a rush on. We definitely won't be going there again there are much nicer places to eat.

We visited on 14th April 2012 and were very disappointed with the fish and chips, in fact they were the worst fish and chips we have ever had. The batter was the colour of raw batter and was doughy. The peas were from a tin and were cold, but the chips were ok. We won't be going again.
