I just like to say, when they seated me there were plenty of tables when you walk in to the left, but they seated me close to lots of other people. One table next to me was very loud, I would have liked my own space with my family. They shouldn't seat people too close if there are more tables.
I did like the food, the restaurant is very pretty, the service was good. I would go again but, ask for a quiet area next time.

We are regular customers and in our experience the Staff are always efficient, friendly and helpful. The restaurant and toilets are kept clean, to a good standard. Most importantly the food is fresh, tasty and replenished frequently. The Indian food could be more authentic and have better flavour, so we avoid that section. Otherwise excellent and will keep going back!!!

I found it very offensive and discriminating and embarrassing being a single person entering Cosmo and being told by staff pay first then we will seat you in front of loads of people. And people who come in in twos or groups can be seated without paying before they are seated.

Very very impressed, had our first visit to Cosmo's recently and there is something for everyone, it is a little bit tight for space, but the restaurant is always busy. We all found plenty to eat even my very fussy 14 year old, we have already booked to go again.

When I went to cosmos I loved it, I have been 4 times and loved the experience every-time visited. Me and my family were happy with the service and food and I will be going sometime soon.

Food was scarce and if you found any it was lukewarm! Friends birthday and they gave the cake away we bought in - no apologies they thought it was funny! Manager hid away in office until we went, never again will I go back. Terrible time.

Will never be visiting this restaurant again. We were asked to leave our table whilst still eating because other customers were waiting to be seated. When we kindly asked for a further 5 minutes a member of staff was extremely rude, at this point we asked to speak to a manager. We left having paid for several meals but will not be recommending this restaurant.

I had high expectations in regards to this, as loads of people seem to flock there and i had heard good things about it. But when i went, you are rammed in there like sardines, and you end up nearly sitting on a strangers table. The food was average at best! I have only been once and dont anticipate going again.

The food here was as close to genuine asian food as a chunk of coal is to a diamond - same basic material but very different result.
Their website emphasises the freshness of their food - all the meats tried were very dried out, certainly not freshly cooked. The rice pastry on the steamed dim sums (which should be wet and soft from the steaming) was actually hard as it was so dried out.
Even worse were the Indian curries - they were so oversalted as to be inedible.
The Char Siu Pork had been coloured red but there was absolutely no flavouring of Char Siu - and so I could go on - and on - and on!
Overall, the most dissapointing eating experience I have ever had - if you want an asian buffet, I suggest you try somewhere else.
On a positive note, the toilets were amongst the cleanest I have ever discovered in a restaurant if this size

We lunched here yesterday and I have to say that I was taken aback by how busy the place was and how noisy it became, but the noise was simply made by people talking and only to be expected . The service was fast and polite, the tables reasonably well separated...and I am not a small woman...the soft drinks came with ice and lemon in attractive glasses and we had a very enjoyable meal. The curries left something to be desired which was a shame because my favorie, lamb rogan josh, was featured and it was a real disappointment, but after all, if you do not like something, leave it on your plate and go get something else whilst that plate disappears in your absence! I have been disappointed at other restaurants where the choice was..eat it or leave hungry,..I much prefer the system at Cosmo and the beef in black bean sauce was delicious. The best thing there were the green beans. Fantastic! I have never felt the urge to rave about a green bean before but these were by far the best I have ever eaten!
The desert station looked inviting but we had eaten pretty much all we wanted by the time we got to it and shared a small bowl of fresh grapes and orange slices rather than trying the ice cream or cakes and so on..well worth the price and then some.
The restaurant itself was clean and it was kept that way, busy as they were, the loos also very satisfactory and the surprising number of young children brought in by their mothers were too busy enjoying the experience to become a problem. The atmosphere..well, it is a busy lunchtime sitting, what can you expect unless you go someplace that costs the earth?
