Four of us ate at the forum early on Saturday evening, the restaurant was quiet as we went early. The food was fantastic, but the service left a lot to be desired. All the food did not arrive at the same time, when I asked where part of the order was the waitress said " it's coming" and walked away. The dirty plates were not cleared away for 20 minutes. We were the only table not to get the customary hot towels or mints with our bill. The staff are very young and spent most of the time huddled up talking. We have been here before and enjoyed it, after tonight we will definitely not be going again!!

We had an excellent meal at the Forum on New Year's Eve again, with good food and a great atmosphere. The crispy beef and the Singapore style Vermicelli were superb. Thank you to all the Staff for making the celebration a success. Had another great meal last Thursday to celebrate my Grandson's Birthday.

Had a very disappointing meal at the Forum in Congleton last night. It took them an hour and a half after taking the order to say they had run out of Duck! Come on guys!! I bet all those take away orders that were going out the door in that hour and a half weren't short of duck. Then they tried to fob me off with a rubbish Singapore Vermichelli. Almost a Meldrew moment, but I wasn't having anything of it. Things got much better that evening watching Jools, Paloma, Petula, Emile, Roland Gift and Adam Ant. The Hive took me back to late 70's music. Will watch Jools again next year!
