Rudding Park on the outskirts of Harrogate and is home to the Clocktower Restaurant. The restaurant serves a largely British menu with the chefs known to be out foraging for ingredients in the local countryside. The head chef Eddie Gray prepares the menu with it changing through the seasons. The restaurant is split into sections, the conservatory area has a 400 year Catalonian olive tree and the bar is made from 27ft of limestone!
