Our first time at this most newly generated, modern, vibrant city of Liverpool. We stayed at a lush Hilton hotel, which i believe is all new together with L1 the new part of the city. The concierge recommended this modern, scenic and yet Authentic Chinese purpose built restaurant. A must, if your coming into Liverpool for a Chinese meal. We was amazed by the purpose built restaurant with Nautical a design situated on the periphery of the city center when our taxi was pulling in.
The fung Shui interior design drew us into the restaurant, where we was greeted by very friendly staff, all Chinese of course, which was nice to see.
The view in the dinning area was absolutly stunning, right next to the water. The menus were authentic too with with a seperate Dim-Sum menu. We knew a fair knowledge of Chinese food, having travelling around the Far East very frequent. We tried the Chinese Dumplings part of the Dimsum menu all in-house made, followed by some Softshell crab in Chilli garlic flakes. Our main was superb as we had Seabass lightlycoated in a flour coat, drizzled in a sweet lemon sauce accompanied by some Chinese Gi Lan(Chinese Broc coli) and some plain rice. We couldnt explain to you how nice it was, with the fragrant smell of the food, the scenery, the tranquility. Ask for the Sui Seen chinese tea, its very refreshing after a hearty meal.
Thanks guys, it was worth every penny, for the quality in food, freshness and the friendly service. We will come again if we are in town again.
Lastly we have noticed you are on Facebook now, which is great, because it keeps us in touch with you guys. Well done!
