Sometimes we go to the Caspian Flame grill at Workington. always enjoyed the food and the service is great, this is important to me as I am in a wheelchair. The bread and butter pudding is just sooo good!

we have been here 3 times and are going again today. The menu is extensive and the food very good. Also I like the staff, they are so friendly and helpful, I am in a wheelchair and so this is important to me. Beam me up Scotty I'm hungry!

Been here on many occasions and must say its lush. The Sunday carvery is to die for and the guys on the carvery make you feel really welcome. Avoid going between 12-1230 tho as that's when it gets really busy on a Sunday x
