This is one of my favourite restaurants in Brighton - good quality Tapas served by friendly staff.
There is a wide menu with all the Tapas dishes you'd expect to find; I've eaten here many times and never had a bad dish yet.
A small criticism is that the presentation of the restaurant and the food feel a little dated, as if the restaurant was decorated in the 70's and hasn't been touched since - but perhaps that's part of the charm.
Always seems to be busy so it's work booking in advance if you can - but if you drop by on impulse they always seem to try to squeeze you in, or give you a time to come back so you can pop to one of the nearby pubs for a drink. Being so busy also lends the place a great atmosphere with a real buzz to it on a busy friday night.

I originally tried to book a table here for a Friday evening with three weeks notice but we weren't able to! So we ended up here on a Monday evening after watching a comedy show at the Brighton Dome.
There was a great atmosphere in the restaurant with lots and lots of chattering. We weren't 100% sure what to order so we started off with 3 dishes and some bread, I ordered a glass of wine and it was really nice for the glass of wine to be poured at the table rather than at the bar.
The food was really nice, although the garlic was burnt in our prawns with garlic and chilli. We were also very impressed with the flambé rum chorizo which was impressively flambéd at our table.
The staff were very friendly and there if you needed them but there was no pressure to rush the meal.
The only reason I've given the toilets a 4 is because the hand drier wasn't working in the ladies toilet on the evening that we went.
Overall it was good tasty food, very filling and quite cheap too.
