I came into your restaurant at 11 in the morning after visiting an eye consultant nearby wanting to rest and chill out for a while. I hadn't eaten that day so fancied something but was told that breakfast had just finished although it smelt wonderful and lunch was an hour away - no we cant help you because the chef was already preparing for lunch.

I ordered a coffee and wondered whether I could wait for lunch but then realised I had another appointment so couldn't wait that long and just on the off chance asked whether they could do a snack and your very nice waiter came back with hot toast full of apologies but I was happy.

Full marks to your waiting staff but not for the chef who could have been a little bit more helpful.

I cannot praise the waiting staff enough...

I stayed at Premier Inn, Epsom, last week and had a fantastic time. The staff were very helpful and friendly the entire way through my stay. Check in was quick and easy, the room was very clean and comfortable. The best bit though, the pub was 20 metres from the hotel! Perfect.

I had paid for the “Meal Deal” for £22 which gives me a 3 course meal in the evening and a breakfast for when i wake up. It is very good value as when I was ordering I worked out that the cost of the food should have been around £22 on its own which meant the breakfast was free!!! The food and service in the restaurant was fantastic and I had an enoyable and relaxing time before stumbling back to my room for a good nights sleep!

In the morning the breakfast was cooked to order which is much better than some “proper” hotels I have previously stayed in. Again the breakfast staff were friendly and pointed out it was all you can eat which made the free breakfast even better value!!

Will be returning next time im in Epsom and would recommend to anyone!

The worst pub i have ever been to!!!!

Starters took well over an hour to come out (pub was not overly busy) We did ask that the childrens meals came out with the starters, this did not happen and we then had wait over 30 min to nearly an hour again plus 4 times asking the staff where the kids meals were, when the burnt burgers arrived, as the burger bun was not edible we asked for the bun to be changed the assisiant manager took the food back and when replaced the food was thrown on to the table infront of my 3 year old daughter. We then left with none of us having eatten anything!!

The staff are so rude we will never ever go back!!!
